Real estate timing for maximum profits

Hope is a Four Letter Word in San Diego Real Estate

Hope is a dirty word for all San Diego real estate investors . . . and it violates Profit Rule #1 in San Diego Real Estate.

Not only can hope keep you from selling San Diego real estate at market peaks . . . because you hope prices will go even higher . . . but hope can keep you from buying San Diego real estate at market lows . . . because you hope prices will fall even further.

Either way, it costs you.

Therefore, whenever a San Diego real estate investor says, "I wish," or "I hope," he is engaging in a destructive way of thinking. Why? Because it takes attention away from what the investor should be doing . . . which is analyzing the facts. (see "San Diego Real Estate, General Custer, and 3000 Indians!")

One of the best ways to analyze the facts - so you can maximize your returns in San Diego real estate -- is to invest using identified market trends. For example, if the trend is likely to move San Diego real estate prices higher . . . you buy. If the trend is likely to move San Diego real estate prices lower . . . you sell.

The rules are that basic . . . and it is Profit Rule #1 in San Diego Real Estate.

While this over-simplification obviously ignores the specific circumstances of individual San Diego real estate investors, be certain of this: all the hoping in the world is not going to change the trend of the San Diego real estate market. In any case . . . how accurately an investor can identify San Diego real estate trends - and changing trends -- will likely be the biggest factor for determining how much money he (or she) makes in San Diego real estate.

If you want to know how to identify trends in the San Diego real estate market, read the Real Estate Timing Report. It's five "Vital Sign" indicators were developed to keep serious investors informed and alert to the direction San Diego real estate prices are likely to move next.
